Senior Social Media Manager

Rho Nutrition is a next-generation supplement company redefining wellness through Liquid Vitamin Therapy™ —operating at the intersection of clinical science, performance optimization, and modern lifestyle .

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence end-to-end across all major platforms. This is not a posting role. This is a strategy, execution, and brand stewardship role .

What You’ll Own

  • Organic social strategy and execution across:
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube (short + long-form)
  • LinkedIn
  • Reddit
  • Platform-specific content planning (no copy‑paste posting)
  • Brand voice, cadence, captions, comments, DMs, and community engagement
  • Translation of complex supplement science into clear, compliant, compelling content
  • Collaboration with founders, science, marketing, creators, and production partners
  • Monitoring category conversations, misinformation, and reputational risk
  • Monthly performance reporting focused on insights—not vanity metrics

What You’ll Create

  • Educational ingredient and science‑led content
  • Lifestyle and performance storytelling
  • Product positioning and launches
  • Founder‑, expert‑, and partner‑led narratives
  • Long‑form YouTube content and short‑form derivatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years managing organic social for:
  • Supplements, wellness, or functional health brands (strongly preferred)
  • CPG or premium lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience managing multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Supplement ingredients and claims sensitivity
  • FTC/FDA‑conscious communication
  • Wellness, longevity, performance, or biohacking audiences
  • Excellent copy instincts—clear, confident, disciplined
  • Comfort engaging thoughtful, skeptical audiences (including Reddit)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with founders, clinicians, or public figures
  • Background in regulated or claims‑sensitive categories
  • Experience supporting launches, retail moments, or events via organic social
