About Us:
We’re a growing landscaping business passionate about delivering beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Content Specialist to help showcase our work through high-quality short-form videos on social media.

Role Overview:
As our Digital Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for filming and editing engaging content. You’ll deliver 4–6 polished shorts/reels each month that are ready to post—we’ll handle the actual posting. This role is execution-focused, perfect for someone who loves creating visually compelling content that highlights our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film landscaping projects, team activities, and behind-the-scenes content (up to 2 half-day shoots per month).
• Edit and produce 4–6 polished reels/shorts per month, ready to post.
• Add captions, graphics, and music that align with brand style.
• Suggest creative ideas to make content more engaging.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut).
• Basic graphic design and photography skills.
• Understanding of social media short-form content best practices.
• Strong sense of storytelling and visual style.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

• Compensation is negotiable.
• A flat monthly rate is preferred, covering a set number of in-field video shoots (2x per month, up to a half-day each) plus the time editing and delivering completed shorts/reels ready for posting.
