Position Summary
The Graphic Designer supports the Marketing Team by producing, adapting, and maintaining on-brand creative assets across digital and print channels. This role supports home sales, community launches, promotions, and ongoing divisional marketing needs.
This is a hands-on production role focused on speed, accuracy, and consistency. The Graphic Designer partners closely with the brand and neighborhood marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative that supports traffic generation, lead conversion, and the homebuying journey across all communities and divisions.
Responsibilities
- Produce and adapt marketing assets supporting communities, including digital advertising, website graphics, email assets, print collateral, and sales center materials.
- Support brand campaigns and promotional creative needs across traditional and digital media, and onsite print channels.
- Support ongoing divisional marketing needs including new community launches, events, and sales initiatives.
- Resize, localize, and version creative assets for multiple divisions, communities, and platforms.
- Ensure creative accurately reflects community details, pricing language, legal disclaimers, and approvals.
- Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency.
- Execute creative within established brand standards, campaign frameworks, and visual systems.
- Maintain organized file structures, templates, and version control.
- Support asset management and archiving.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain and improve creative templates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce rework.
- Clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and corrective actions to leadership.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience producing digital and print assets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating consistent execution.
- Familiarity with digital ad specs preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Base Salary:
The expected base salary for this position is between $85,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi-weekly.

Physical Requirements
This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have direct people management responsibility.
Travel Requirements:
