About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Strategist to support leadership and assist with optimizing our paid and organic growth efforts. This role sits at the intersection of PPC strategy, SEO execution, and performance analysis—ideal for someone who loves turning insights into measurable results.

You’ll be responsible for documenting, executing, and optimizing campaigns that increase traffic, conversions, and ROI across search and paid channels.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and provide insights on PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing (and paid social, if applicable)
  • Document and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content recommendations
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with management to align strategy with execution
  • Track KPIs and prepare clear performance reports with recommendations

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in PPC management and SEO strategy
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword intent, and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, or similar
  • Ability to balance short-term paid wins with long-term organic growth
  • Comfortable working with data, budgets, and performance targets
  • Clear communicator who can explain strategy and results to non-marketers
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with paid social or CRO tools
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.)
  • Agency or high-growth startup experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS or technical SEO knowledge
