This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and elevate a company's visual identity across digital, event, and marketing channels. The Brand Designer will work closely with creative and cross-functional teams to bring innovative concepts to life-from digital campaigns and social content to presentations, swag, and event materials. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency while experimenting with new creative directions, balancing solo projects with collaborative initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong visual design background, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a sense of humor who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You'll influence senior stakeholders, contribute to key marketing and product initiatives, and help the company stand out in a competitive landscape.

Accountabilities: Design and execute creative concepts for campaigns, events, tradeshows, digital ads, and internal/external communications Collaborate with field, events, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and a strong presence at all touchpoints Present design work to stakeholders and provide guidance to influence creative decisions Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing solo and collaborative work across cross-functional initiatives Adapt creative work to meet deadlines and occasional off-hours requirements around events and launches Experiment with new ideas and formats while maintaining a cohesive brand identity Support team culture by sharing expertise, providing feedback, and contributing to creative problem-solving

Requirements: 5+ years of visual design experience, ideally in B2B startups or fast-growth environments Strong and diverse design portfolio, bonus points for motion design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-powered design tools Experience using project management tools such as Jira Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-first mindset Highly organized and process-oriented while maintaining creativity and flexibility Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams Willingness to experiment, take creative risks, and adapt to a dynamic environment Sense of humor and ability to contribute to a positive team culture
