Merchandise Sales Ambassador
Merchandise Sales Ambassadors are responsible for providing excellent customer service and generating sales by actively promoting and selling merchandise to guests at World of Fun. Some specific duties may include greeting guests and assisting them with their merchandise purchases, recommending and upselling merchandise to guests, maintaining a clean and organized work area, operating a cash register and handling card transactions accurately, restocking merchandise as needed, providing a high level of guest service and responding to guest inquiries and concerns, and following all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention.
