Inside Sales/Intake for Growing Advocacy Group in West Palm Beach

This temp-to-perm position is highly customer service-oriented vs. high volume. Calls can take up to an hour to gather information. In this call center role, specialists will be: taking inbound and making outbound calls gathering accurate information from the customer to determine the best option for applicant. filling out application forms meeting company productivity goals Requirements include: Excellent phone skills At least 1 year in a customer service/call center position preferably with soft/inside sales activities Good data entry to take notes while on the phone Ability to learn and quickly navigate company database 2 professional business references Pay: $22/hr. + commissions to start, and once permanent, $25/hr. + commissions Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
