Candidates typically have 3-5 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions. UKG offers generous escalating commission percentages, and club locations are luxurious./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3pConsistently exceed sales quotas, must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations, must have worked primarily as a new logo rep (hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes. Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customers needs. Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors and analysts. Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills. Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users. Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory. Incredibly organized. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
