Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly professional and resourceful Customer Service Representative to support a top-tier client within the fleet management industry. This role is part of a high-touch customer support team that partners closely with account managers. You will handle a wide range of customer inquiries, assist with vehicle-related services, and deliver exceptional service through phone, email, and internal communication channels. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity (6+ months, often extending up to 1 year) with the intent to convert to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a core support member for the account team managing a major client. Handle a high volume of customer emails, cases, and incoming/outgoing phone calls. Assist with ordering vehicles and responding to any service-related questions. Provide guidance to fleet drivers (e.g., impounded vehicles, service needs, next steps). Think creatively and problem-solve to deliver tailored customer solutions. Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems. Use the CARE issue-tracking system to follow and resolve customer inquiries. Complete tasks such as generating reports, processing billing changes, managing driver data, and distributing insurance cards. Contact drivers via email to collect missing information. Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, data formatting, and basic pivot tables. Multitask efficiently while updating customer records in real time.
