including government contractors, defense agencies, and aerospace firms. We're growing and are seeking a results-oriented Software Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote opportunity for a proactive sales professional who thrives in consultative, B2B environments and wants to represent a proven, high-impact software product. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Full Monte SRA through outbound prospecting and networking. Conduct virtual product demonstrations to illustrate the value of schedule risk analysis for project and program management teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients. Manage the complete sales cycle
from initial contact to contract close
and consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. Partner with marketing and technical teams to refine messaging, improve demos, and deliver outstanding client experiences. Stay informed about project management, earned value management (EVM), and schedule risk analysis trends to position Full Monte SRA competitively. Travel is required as necessary. Qualifications 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS sales, Knowledge of technical, analytics, or project management software. Understanding of project scheduling tools (such as Microsoft Project or Primavera) is highly desirable. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas Preferred experience selling into government contracting (GovCon), defense, or aerospace sectors preferred. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Self-starter who excels in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
