These responsibilities include but are not limited to trimming, pruning, debulking, transplanting, canopy manipulation, harvesting, data entry, and overall plant care at our cannabis cultivation facility. This position is also responsible for many of the cleaning, sanitation, and organization tasks of our grow rooms. Our cleaning instruments and chemicals will be required to ensure a sterile and pest-free environment for our plants./ppstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/pulliWork with cultivation leadership to plan for growing activities that are consistent with planned production schedules/liliPrepare space required for planned production/liliCloning: cutting, rooting, and transplanting; clone care, watering, and feeding./liliMonitor growing conditions and review changes in humidity, moisture, and temperature and cultivation procedures to ensure conformance with quality control standards/liliInspect crop to ascertain conditions such as leaf texture, bloom size, and the existence of pests or disease, removing substandard or diseased plants to maintain quality standards/liliMonitor and care for plants during vegetative and flowering phase/liliHarvesting: cutting plants; trimming cut plants; removing flowering tops./liliCuring: hanging and dry-racking flowers; monitoring curing process and climate control./liliOperating and maintaining cultivation systems/equipment/liliEnsure daily compliance with policies and procedures including but not limited to state compliance, security protocols, and access protocols/liliOther duties as assigned related to the overall health and efficiency of our cultivation efforts/li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Bring:/strong/pulliA green thumb, a passion for working with plants, and experience with harvesting plants in a work or home setting (gardening, etc.)/liliAbility to work well with other employees in a fast paced, team environment while contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere/liliPossess great attention to detail/liliAbility to learn and execute techniques consistent with company best practices/li/ulpstrongEven Better If:/strong/pulliYou have previous landscaping, horticulture, or agriculture experience/liliYou have strong knowledge of weights and measurements/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted on a consistent basis throughout the assigned shift/liliAbility to stand for long periods of time/liliAbility to occasionally climb ladders and crawl under low spaces/liliAbility to lift and reach with arms above shoulder height for extended periods of time/liliExcellent hand dexterity including the ability to use scissors/shears/trimmers for extended periods of time/liliAbility to work in an environment that is exposed to plant materials and strong odors/li/ulpstrongWhat We Offer:/strong/ppHealth
