Key responsibilities include meeting with homeowners to evaluate plumbing needs and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions, presenting multiple pricing options using Straight-Forward/Flat-Rate Pricing, closing sales while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction, following up on open estimates and unsold opportunities, performing visual inspections and basic diagnostics (training provided if needed), accurately preparing estimates for water heaters (tank & tankless), repipes, sewer and drain repairs, fixture replacements, leak repairs, and system upgrades, working closely with service technicians and the operations team to ensure job readiness, entering estimates, notes, and photos into ServiceTitan, maintaining accurate customer records and job documentation, and maintaining a clean, professional appearance and representing the brand positively. Qualifications and experience include 2+ years of plumbing sales experience required, strong communication and closing skills, customer-first mindset with high integrity, valid driver's license and clean driving record, ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, and plumbing industry experience (service, estimating, or sales).
