Business Development Representative (BDR)
We're building out our Go-To-Market team, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join us. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective law firm customers, playing a key role in fueling PERSUIT's growth. You'll partner closely with our Law Firms focused team to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, driven, and eager to grow within a high-growth, expanding sales organization. This role will be based in our NY office. What You'll Be Doing: Prospect outbound with potential clients via phone, email LinkedIn and other channels to generate interest in PERSUIT Book initial meetings with target personas Collaborate with Account Executives to generate, schedule, join and participate in meetings Research target accounts and hyper-personalize outreach to key decision-makers Maintain accurate contact records, documenting outreach, follow-ups, notes and next steps in our CRM, assist with prospect and market segmentation Continuously learn about PERSUIT's product, market trends, and customer needs to refine messaging Base salary for NYC applicants - $60,000
