Hours & Pay: Flexible work schedule Base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities Direct hire position Why You'll Want This Opportunity: This role offers a performance-based compensation package designed to reward results and ambition. What You'll Do Each Day: Manage and grow an assigned sales territory within the Plastic Surgery division Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key decision-makers Prospect new business and expand existing accounts within the territory Act as a product support consultant in operating rooms during surgical procedures Schedule and conduct meetings with current and prospective customers Support ordering, transporting, scheduling, and assisting with surgical instruments and devices Drive revenue growth through strategic business development activities Collaborate with sales leadership, customer service, marketing, and internal teams Travel extensively throughout the territory, including overnight travel Complete required training to develop technical, clinical, and sales expertise Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 12 years of territory or outside sales experience Proven success managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently Comfortable observing and supporting medical procedures in operating rooms Experience using CRM systems; NetSuite experience preferred Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region (approximately 40% with overnights) Must live within 30 miles of the assigned city Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle This is an ideal role for a motivated "road warrior" who thrives in a consultative sales environment and wants to represent innovative medical technology with real-world impact.
