Specialized experience is defined as:

Providing support services and assisting in resolving complex Information Technology (IT) technical problems in the realm of major applications including installing, maintaining, modifying and testing software products, mobile device management (MDM), contact centers management and applications, video teleconferencing (VTC), telecommunication installation and configurations.

Time-in-Grade:

Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in Federal Service.
