Centralized Support to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide centralized administrative and customer support to Escrow teams across the organization. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this position plays a key role in supporting escrow operations and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. Greater Phoenix Arizona Valley and Dallas-Fort Worth/ San Antonio options for in-office work 3 x week/remote 2 days. Key Responsibilities

Provide centralized support to Escrow teams, customers, and internal partners Assist with high-volume administrative and clerical tasks across multiple files Prepare, review, and process escrow-related documentation Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone, email, and system workflows Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Support time-sensitive transactions in a deadline-driven environment Qualifications

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently in a centralized, high-volume support model Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable navigating multiple systems and priorities simultaneously Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team Work Schedule & Location

This is a hybrid position, requiring: Three (3) days per week in office Two (2) days per week remote In-office locations available: Greater Phoenix Valley, Arizona DallasFort Worth or San Antonio, Texas At First American, you'll be part of a centralized support team that is essential to operational success while contributing directly to the homeownership journey for our customers. Pay Range: $20.34 - $27.12 Hourly, Remote. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location. What We Offer
