Planned Maintenance Representative
From mechanical system analysis and standard energy retrofits, to the installation of complex and integrated protocol systems, we deliver state-of-the-art expertise and customer-centered service. Havel is looking for a Planned Maintenance Representative. In this position you will be responsible for quoting maintenance agreements and working with current customers in our service group. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for quoting planned maintenance Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers Expand sales for existing contract customers Flexible, responsive, and enthusiastic in servicing our customers Provide innovative alternatives when working with customers and deficiencies Provide estimates and proposals in a timely manner Is successful at maintaining an acceptable rate of new sales Other duties assigned Qualifications 5 years of experience in facilities or HVAC services; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in sales and marketing Knowledge of financial-based sales Excellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude while being a team player. Believe that customer service is the first priority. Knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.
