Key responsibilities include upholding operational guidelines, promoting a safe environment, greeting individuals promptly, providing assistance, conducting threat assessments, responding to unsafe situations, supporting crisis prevention, building positive relationships, resolving client issues, and maintaining readiness for flexible hours. Education and experience qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with diverse populations, crisis intervention experience, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to read safety documents, effective communication skills, basic math proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural awareness. Brightli is on a mission to improve client care, reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers, advocate for access to mental health and substance user care, and evolve the behavioral health industry to better meet the needs of clients.
