The role offers a $65,000 base salary, plus generous commission potential, with total annual earnings up to $100,000+ for high performers. Develop new business through cold calling and company-provided lead generation Present product capabilities and explain value propositions to retailers and B2B customers Identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and onsite visits Evaluate customer needs and recommend customized retail and display solutions Set and conduct appointments using professional presentations, including PowerPoint Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications
45 years of B2B sales experience Proven ability to generate, manage, and grow key accounts Positive, assertive, and self-motivated sales approach Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Valid driver's license Ability to work fully onsite with no remote work Manufacturing experience is a strong plus, particularly in metal fabrication, display manufacturing, closet or garage system design and fabrication, or wood display manufacturing.
