DELUXETON HOMES has an immediate opening for Architectural Designer in Dunwoody, Georgia office. The successful candidate has 1+ year experiences in Residential, hotel, mixed use and the demonstrated ability to support the project team by preparing design, documents, and providing a direct communication line with assigned clients & oversees all project(s) associated with the client and/or program.
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Master's degree preferred.
• AutoCAD/REVIT proficiency required
• 1+ years of professional architectural experience
• Interest in performing cost estimating
Responsibilities:
• Interacting with clients, staff and consultants to successfully design and execute projects
• Produce working, presentation and detail drawings in AutoCAD/ Revit
• Produce 3D model using SketchUp, Revit
• Submittal Review, RFI research and responses
• Coordinate project documents through all phases of design
• Assist in proposal/ marketing efforts
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Collaborate with other team members as required to meet project objectives
