If you’re ready to sell a groundbreaking solution during this pivotal moment in the industry, this role is for you. The Role In this position, you will partner with enterprise brands to identify their creative challenges and deliver solutions that enhance their video ad production processes. You will engage in high-impact discovery, craft strategic proposals, and foster relationships across various brands and senior stakeholders. This role focuses on consultative, high-value solution selling, collaborating closely with our Client Solutions, Creative, and Strategy teams to drive adoption and long-term growth. What We Need 5+ years of sales experience working with enterprise brands. Proven experience in consultative / solution-based selling. Skilled in discovery and identifying key business challenges. Adept at building relationships in complex organizations. Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities. Confident and strategic when engaging with senior stakeholders. Ambitious, resilient, and committed to continuous learning. Based in the NYC area. Typical Hiring Process 30 minute Intro Call - Meet our Talent Team. 45 minute Video Interview - Discuss with Commercial Team Leaders. 90 minute Workshop - Present a task; showcase your strategic thinking and sales approach. In-Person Coffee - Meet our team, ask questions, and determine if we are the right fit. Compensation & Perks Competitive Salary:

$120,000-$160,000 USD (based on experience). Uncapped Commission:
