Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in property management, leasing, or sales is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, as required.
