Job Description Description:
Perform responsibilities in accordance with allCompany standards, policies, and procedures. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promotion Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" company-wide culture. Training of management and non-management personnel, as well as evaluations, scheduling and mediating Team Member relations. Analyze and recognize deficiencies or problem areas and provide corrective material, financial and personnel resources to accomplish desired results. Responsible for handling Team Member and Guest opportunities. Must be knowledgeable in inventory control. Assist in the direction and participate with department management to ensure that Company specifications and brand guidelines are followed. Understand and utilize allmanagement tools with the department team to achieve all budgetary, quality control, service standards and financial goals in the daily operation of the Food and Beverage department. Assist the Director and management team in establishing and achieving predetermined profit and cost objectives and desired standards of quality food and service.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Comprehensive knowledge of Food and Beverage products including wine, spirits, food preparation and cooking methods in specialty and high volume operations. Prior full profit and loss responsibilities in a similar diverse high volume, multi outlet environment. Five years’ experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail in products, service and the appearance of all operating Food and Beverage outlets. Must be 21 years of age.
