Role Description This is a full-time Floating Leasing role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Floating Leasing Associate will support various communities, focusing on lease administration, resident retention, customer service, and communication. Responsibilities include handling lease agreements, building positive relationships with residents, assisting with leasing operations, and addressing tenant needs to ensure excellent service and high retention rates.
Qualifications
Customer service-oriented with skills in resident retention and exceptional relationship management
Expertise in lease administration and proficiency in handling leases
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with colleagues and residents
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to ensuring tenant satisfaction
Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred
Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly across multiple communities
