Role Description
This hybrid full-time Real Estate Agent role combines office-based work in New York and/or Miami with opportunities for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and handling real estate transactions. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and representing LEVEN Real Estate with professionalism and integrity to help clients achieve their property goals. Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required. Live in New York or Miami Proficiency in real estate operations and knowledge of real property fundamentals. Strong sales and negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with Miami’s real estate market is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
