
Paralegal - Personal Injury & Civil Litigation
Escondido | Full-Time | $80,000-$100,000 Salary
About the Firm We are a full-service law firm located in North County San Diego, with a strong focus on plaintiff-side personal injury and employment law. Our practice also includes representation of real estate and business clients, offering exposure to a broad range of civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake and pre-intake evaluations for new matters
Manage, organize, and maintain case files and documents
Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, and medical providers
Gather and organize medical records and supporting documentation
Draft initial demand letters and assist with case preparation
Provide ongoing litigation and pre-litigation support as cases progress
Qualifications
Mid- to senior-level paralegal experience preferred
Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is strongly preferred
Experience supporting both pre-litigation and litigation mattersTrainable candidates will be considered (Temp-to-Hire option available)Bilingual candidates a strong plus (Spanish and/or Vietnamese)Organized, reliable, and comfortable supporting a high-volume practice Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $80,000-$100,000 Salary (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage
Schedule: Full-timeWork Environment: Primarily onsite to support the team, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
