As a Field Merchandiser, work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. Collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels. Support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed. May collaborate on products from other companies in the stores you service. Day-to-day engagement:

Use a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor inventory within and outside the Hallmark department. Communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and participate in required merchandising surveys. Maintain professional interactions with store employees, management, and customers. Responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores. Holiday support:

Seasonal workload around holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). May require additional days and extended hours, and possibly working on actual holidays and weekends. Department Resets:

May participate in installations and tasks such as building and installing fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance for remodels; may include evenings or weekends. One Team Vision:

Be part of a network of merchandisers that supports team members in other territories as needed. Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role requiring energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms. You must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds, with occasional up to 50 pounds. You may kneel, squat, walk, stand, and possibly climb stairs or step ladders. Basic Qualifications

You're at least 18 years of age. You can read, write, and understand English. Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information. Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet. Have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
