Customer Service
Develop customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a WOW! or 5‑Star service.
Interact face‑to‑face with customers, providing excellent service and building rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walk the property to perform lock checks and show units to customers.
Work independently and with a team to rent self‑storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process, accept payments using our POS system, complete daily bank deposits, and make courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Property Maintenance
Daily walks of the property, cleaning units and the property, opening and closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs).
Maintain the facility by mopping, sweeping, changing light bulbs, cleaning out storage units, and performing similar light activities.
Keep a clean and safe storage facility to ensure conditions meet company guidelines (clean restrooms, landscaping, parking, and paving, as well as fence, walls, doors).

Qualifications
A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
Experience delivering high‑quality customer service to a diverse market.
Basic computer skills.
You must be able to work Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation during the workday.
While performing the duties of this job, you will frequently be required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb, or balance on a ladder.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.
Compensation $18.52 – $20.29 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
