Responsibilities
Follow up with prospects, provide helpful and convincing information about the community and neighborhood, and convert leads into community tours.
Provide informative and tailored tours of the apartment community to secure new leases.
Ensure consistent outstanding resident experiences to establish brand loyalty.
Create awareness, interest, and enthusiasm through social media.
Be available to work on weekends, three weekends per month, with two days off during the week, when potential residents are actively seeking their new homes.
Qualifications
A mindset focused on customer satisfaction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in social media platforms such as Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram (social media savvy)
A willingness to engage with people over the phone in addition to texting
A professional and polished appearance
An inclination towards sales.

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Klingbeil Capital Management's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region‑specific benefits.
