Role Description SEKO Logistics is seeking a full-time Customs Entry Writer and Account Manager to join our team on-site in Tampa, FL. This role involves managing daily customs entry processing, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities also include tracking shipments, preparing necessary documentation, resolving customer inquiries, and liaising with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of customs regulations, entry writing, and import/export processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant logistics or customs software
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer relationship management and account handling
Knowledge of international logistics and freight forwarding is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred
