The Will Group is seeking an Architectural Staff professional to support the design and delivery of K–12, commercial, and private building projects within a collaborative architecture and engineering environment.
In this role, you’ll contribute to all phases of design—from programming through construction documents—while coordinating with in-house engineering teams and developing your technical and professional skills under the guidance of senior staff.
What You’ll Do
Assist with architectural design and documentation
Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
Coordinate with structural, civil, and MEP disciplines
Support construction administration activities
Apply building codes, accessibility standards, and firm best practices
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology
2–10 years of professional architectural experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary project work

Salary Range:
$55,000–$85,000 annually
