My client, a global specialty chemical company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This position will be responsible for communicating with customers and internal staff to ensure orders.
Serve as primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
Process and enter customer orders accurately in SAP
Coordinate shipments, warehouse pickups, and order follow-ups
Prepare invoicing, billing, credits, and debits
Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and price requests
Maintain customer pricing files and product documentation (COAs, TDS)
Generate and update order, shipment, and service-level reports
Collaborate with sales, operations, and external warehouses
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Current SAP experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
