Overview
The Budd Group is seeking a
Lead Custodian
for an educational facility in the
DOWNTOWN
area of Charleston.
Schedule and Location
EARLY SHIFT: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Set schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends
Location: Downtown Charleston (Morrison Drive)
Duties
Serve as the main point of contact for all janitorial needs
Clean up spills and messes as they occur
Change ceiling tiles and light bulbs when needed
Pull and remove trash from the facility
Use power equipment such as blowers to clean entryways
Move desks, furniture, and chairs
Sanitize high-touch areas (push plates, door handles, water fountains)
Sweep, mop, and perform high and low dusting
Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
All other duties will be assigned
Qualifications Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and TB test.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive Pay: $18.00/hr
