Casella Process Solutions
(https://casellaprocess.com) About Us
Casella Process Solutions began in 1997 as Casella Sales and Marketing. In 2015, we rebranded our company as Casella Process Solutions to more accurately reflect the products and processes we represent. We serve the pharmaceutical and bio‑tech industries in the Northeast with sanitary diaphragm valves, process flow components, fittings, mixers, heat exchangers and single‑use technology. Our core product offerings continue to grow and evolve in direct response to our customers’ needs and technical industry advances. In early 2000, we created Quality Fabricators LLC, a custom stainless steel fabrication facility, to enable us to provide customized products and solutions such as manifolds, valve clusters, specialty fittings, or modifications to existing parts to integrate with new or current equipment. Quality Fabricators provides fabrication services to us as well as other organizations in the industry. In 2014, we added a sales office in the mid‑Atlantic region to serve customers from Washington DC to New York with our products and custom fabrication services. We became a Fluid Flow partner in 2017 connecting us to new market opportunities and expanding supply partners to enhance our ability to service customers with innovative new products for applications in both single‑use and traditional processing environments. Our technical sales people are knowledgeable about process manufacturing and procedures used in pharmaceutical and bio‑pharm environments today. We are able to serve as consulting partners to help address unique situations in new or existing production challenges, for both stainless and single‑use applications. Our supply partners are continuously creating new solutions to improve productivity, respond to changing materials or regulatory demands, and ensure product integrity. We meet regularly with engineering and plant management staff to update them on new and emerging manufacturing solutions. We’re proud to assist in the integration of these technologies into the existing production regimen. Casella Process Solutions maintains strong levels of valve inventory and will hold segregated inventory for our customers. With the ability to fabricate or modify 316L components through our sister company, Quality Fabricators, we are in the unique position to accommodate both routine and urgent situations.
