Part-Time: Starting at $11 per hour. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Availability: 2 or 3 days out of the weekdays 5:00PM-10:00PM and Open Availability on the Weekends 7:00AM-1:00pm and/or 1:00PM-7:00PM.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system

Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members

Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
