The Lodge at Natchez Trace is a warm, home-style Assisted Living and Memory Care community known for compassionate service, meaningful connections, and exceptional resident experiences. We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Director of Marketing & Sales to lead our outreach efforts, build referral partnerships, and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process with warmth and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a strategic marketing and sales plan to drive occupancy and increase market visibility for The Lodge.
Spend time in the Nashville area, engaging with hospitals, physician groups, rehab centers, senior advisors, churches, and community organizations.
Build, strengthen, and maintain referral relationships with case managers, social workers, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
Conduct engaging and informative tours, discovery conversations, and follow up with prospective residents and their families.
Serve as the community’s primary sales representative, ensuring each family has a warm, personalized, and seamless experience from first inquiry to move-in.
Represent The Lodge at community events, networking functions, educational programs, and outreach opportunities.
Track leads, manage CRM activity, monitor occupancy trends, and report on marketing and sales performance.
Partner with the Executive Director and leadership team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts, customer experience, and community operations.
Stay knowledgeable about senior living competition, local market dynamics, and trends influencing consumer decision-making.
Promote The Lodge’s culture of genuine hospitality, exceptional care, and resident-centered service.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in senior living sales, marketing, admissions, or healthcare outreach (Assisted Living/Memory Care experience required).
A polished, outgoing, and relationship-oriented communicator who excels in networking and community engagement.
Confidence in conducting tours, asking discovery questions, and guiding families through emotional and financial decisions.
Ability to work independently, prioritize leads, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to represent The Lodge with professionalism and grace.
Comfortable working primarily in the field, building relationships across the Nashville market.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Warm, compassionate demeanor with the ability to build trust quickly with families and referral partners.
