Responsibilities We are looking for a Market Manager to lead project and customer support for the Geosynthetics product line. In this role, you will act as the technical expert in this space providing product and project support for Field Sales and customers. This position is ideal for someone passionate about construction sales, government markets, and strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Field Sales team and customers
Project Support for geosynthetic component including product selection, pricing, availability, certifications
Ability to offer technical support to Field Sales and customers
Collaborate with internal departments (plants, corporate, CSR teams) to maximize performance.
Set and execute performance goals for the region.
Communicate market conditions, competitive activity, and company strategy to management.
Monitor and manage key daily metrics (orders, shipments, yield, etc.).
Identify challenges on the Operations side and partner to find solutions
Help to proactively support DOT Product Approval listings and project specific certifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or technical field preferred).
2–5 years of construction‑related support experience (geosynthetics field preferred).
Experience with engineered or technical products.
Recognition as a strong industry sales performer (awards, measurable achievements, etc.).
Prior governmental sales or public‑sector business development experience preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong business acumen across sales, finance, and operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively and build long‑term relationships.
Highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, and competitive.
Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
Effective time‑management and the ability to multitask.
Professional executive presence and clear communication abilities.
