INCOG Biopharma Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager capable of driving a culture of Operational Excellence across all functions of the INCOG organization.
What? Working closely with Leadership Team Members, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be skilled in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and change management principles, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through transformational projects.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all INCOG functions including Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Engineering, and Business Operations.
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, 5S, visual management, standard work, etc.) to drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators.
Coach and mentor employees at all levels in continuous improvement tools, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques to build organizational capability.
You! The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a relevant scientific field, as well as a minimum of 7 years experience in Operations or Continuous Improvement roles for a regulated industry, including 3+ years of experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments. Lean Six Sigma certification at Green Belt or higher is required.
