Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, editing, and distributing internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and newsletters.
Support the development and maintenance of communication materials such as brochures, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of communication projects.
Help manage and organize company announcements, press releases, and event communications.
Maintain accurate and organized records of communication activities.
Respond to basic inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
