Seeking a Director of Marketing in the Casino space. Up to $150K plus relo reimbursement. Must have previous experience in the Casino space. Thank you! The Director of Marketing partners with external agencies and internal stakeholders to oversee the development and execution of the organization’s marketing strategy. This role is responsible for the overall direction and management of all marketing activities, including player development, guest services, host services, entertainment, transportation services, and customer database management. Essential Functions

Ensure compliance with applicable federal, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures. Uphold the highest standards of guest service by responding effectively to guest and team member needs. Direct all marketing functions and programs, including advertising, promotions, player development, entertainment, and transportation initiatives. Maintain thorough knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to departmental roles and processes. Develop and document efficient processes that support staff effectiveness, cost control, and superior guest service, ensuring adherence through audits and performance discussions. Manage all marketing, advertising, and public relations initiatives in collaboration with external agencies and vendors, utilizing a centralized project management system. Review and approve creative concepts and production materials. Ensure clear, timely, and effective internal communication related to marketing initiatives to maximize service quality and staffing efficiency. Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions and special events, including pre- and post-event profitability reporting and guest research initiatives. Develop and maintain a targeted customer base through segmentation strategies, policies, and procedures. Lead relationship marketing and player development strategies, supported by database analysis and performance measurement. Oversee staffing for the Marketing department, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and corrective action. Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure accurate vendor, purchase order, and invoice tracking. Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, providing updates, reports, and strategic input. Establish mechanisms to monitor departmental performance and oversee budget development and execution. Facilitate regular departmental meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Ensure all deadlines and budgets are met and vendors receive timely and accurate information. Monitor compliance with federal financial reporting and anti-money laundering requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned based on organizational needs. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of senior-level marketing leadership experience within a gaming, hospitality, or resort environment. Demonstrated experience as a Director of Marketing or equivalent leadership role. Strong background in budget management, vendor management, and financial controls. Experience with workforce planning, scheduling, and project management systems. Extensive knowledge of direct marketing, analytics, digital marketing, advertising, promotions, public relations, special events, loyalty programs, and customer development strategies. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus. Reasoning & Leadership Abilities

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds as needed. Office environment with frequent interaction in public-facing operational areas. Exposure to varying noise levels and lighting conditions. Extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
