Sales Representative – Manufacturing Growth (Phoenix Area)

As we transition responsibilities from ownership, we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help us grow our manufacturing footprint across the Phoenix market. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role for someone who enjoys being out in front of customers, building connections, and bringing in new business.
The Mission
Your primary focus is growth. You will be on the ground in the Phoenix tech corridor, meeting prospects, opening doors, and converting opportunities into long‑term manufacturing partnerships—particularly within electronics, semiconductor, aerospace, and defense industries. What You’ll Do
Prospect & Develop New Business:
Identify and pursue new manufacturing opportunities with local electronics and semiconductor companies. Turn Leads into Projects:
Engage cold and warm leads, conduct in‑person meetings, and move opportunities from introduction to production. Build Trusted Relationships:
Establish strong connections with procurement, engineering, and decision‑makers across customer organizations. Close & Grow Accounts:
Negotiate contracts, secure production orders, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Represent the Company:
Serve as the face of the organization at trade shows, networking events, and throughout industrial parks across the Valley. What We’re Looking For
Proven New Business Experience:
1–2+ years in contract manufacturing sales (preferably EMS), with success bringing in new projects. Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of electronics manufacturing (PCBA, SMT, box build). Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, defense, or medical manufacturing is strongly preferred. Strong Local Network:
Established relationships and familiarity with the Phoenix/Arizona electronics and semiconductor market. Defense/ITAR Experience:
Helpful but not required. Field‑Focused Mindset:
Comfortable spending most of your time meeting customers in person. Results‑Oriented:
Motivated by targets, commissions, and building something meaningful.
