Must be resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area. Hours are between 8am–5pm. The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager (Sr IBDM) is a revenue‑generating position with responsibility for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVDERM, SkinMedica, KYBELLA) and for growing the portfolio through business development activities primarily via phone. The Sr IBDM represents the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted customers within a designated geographical area, providing product and program education, product adoption, and portfolio growth through business development activities. The Sr IBDM delivers technical product and procedure training, competitive differentiation, and alignment with the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan to achieve assigned goals. Responsibilities

of the role include leveraging Allergan Medical resources, coordinating with other Allergan sales personnel and support teams, and complying with required reports and policies. Key Duties And Responsibilities

Consistently achieves sales quota across portfolio. Proficient in sales execution, develops call and business development plans across the product portfolio, and demonstrates adaptability and creativity with multiple initiatives. Focus on sales processes that drive business growth and relationship building. Manage attainment of assigned sales quota and customer satisfaction through communication with Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager; manage own sample allocation, place orders, provide marketing materials, and assist accounts with marketing strategies. Lead execution on campaigns/promotions, new product launches, and training of accounts on Allergan programs. Develop product knowledge to serve current needs and prospect new products, programs, and training opportunities; educate customers on indications, contraindications, and safety; gather information to understand problems and formulate innovative solutions to exceed customer expectations. Identify growth opportunities: expand reach with the customer base, broaden product portfolio utilization with existing accounts, and launch new products and indications. Educate and support customers with marketing strategies, including website and social media development, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing strategies. Pre‑plan sales calls and manage time effectively to maximize customer engagement. Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products; maintain compliance with quality and regulatory guidelines as part of operations. Collaborate with Regional Manager, field reps, and Inside Sales Area Manager; work cross‑functionally with field sales to drive objectives and growth opportunities. For leaves of absence and vacant territories, develop a coverage plan with relevant stakeholders and execute on campaigns, launches, and initiatives. Attend sales training and meetings as required; complete administrative responsibilities timely (presentations, expense reports, etc.). Demonstrate strong work ethic and represent the company with integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant industry experience required. Requirements

Two or more years of relevant sales experience required. Track record of earning strong commissions; ability to work independently, be highly organized, and have superior communication skills. Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15–20% of the time. Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Experience in aesthetics/healthcare with interaction with physicians and patients. Experience educating or influencing targeted customers. Two years of Inside Sales experience preferred. General Skills

Knowledge of Inside Sales selling skills and business environment; strong time management; ability to work independently; accuracy and quality in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment. Strong analytical and business acumen; proven selling skills; positive, professional demeanor; ability to develop relationships remotely via telephone. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related software. Additional Information

The compensation range described is the base pay range the company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at posting time; actual compensation may vary by location and may be adjusted. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in short‑term incentive programs.
