Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gilroy, CA, for a experienced Sales Associate (required). The Sales Associate will be responsible for working imbound leads (about 600 leads a month) engaging with customers, understanding their automotive needs, and providing tailored recommendations from the Nissan inventory. Daily tasks include managing and updating vehicle listings, scheduling test drives, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with the sales process to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves staying informed about product features, financing options, and dealership promotions.

Sales experience, negotiation skills, and a results-driven mentality
Familiarity with automotive products, financing options, and inventory management
