Senior Commercial Manager – Job Site Solutions at Caterpillar Inc. Location: Tucson, AZ Travel: Up to 60% Sponsorship: Not available Overview
You will drive the development, definition, and sale of solutions that optimize mining customers’ fleet, equipment, and operations. You will become a trusted advisor to dealers, industry stakeholders, and regional teams, leading all solutions opportunities within the mining segment. What You Will Do
Manage a large mining industry portfolio and territory in a highly independent, self‑driven environment. Coordinate with dealers, regional teams, product groups, and internal partners to establish aligned goals and offer compelling commercial terms. Establish deep relationships with mining leaders, customer decision makers, and internal partners to create trust and velocity. Utilize mining analysis, customer insights, and tools to drive engagement, prioritized market plans, and pipeline growth. Collect customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform new offerings. Leverage fleet service agreements, performance‑based models, and industry‑tailored structures to provide comprehensive value. Expand the customer portfolio through new customers and applications across mining. Integrate technology and capabilities to deliver customer outcomes in condition monitoring, production optimization, and autonomy. Achieve total contract value sales that meet/exceed target ($25–$50M+). Mentor new JSS Commercial Managers and support onboarding of new solutions employees. Key Metrics

Effective Communications: Superior written and verbal communication. Negotiating: Proven sales and negotiation experience. Relationship Management: Team leadership and partner building.
