
Circle Pre-Owned, an affiliate of Circle BMW, is looking for an experienced Pre-Owned Client Advisor to work at their location in West Long Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter and take‑charge person to help grow our business.
Job Purpose
Promotes and sells BMW Non‑Certified and off‑brand pre‑owned vehicles, accessories, and service.
Offers highest level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities
Achieves center’s gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Builds and maintains long‑term, one‑to‑one relationships with clients.
Serves as the first point of contact between the client and Circle Pre‑Owned.
Anticipates clients’ long‑term vehicle and service needs throughout the client’s relationship with the center.
Promotes Circle Pre‑Owned standards for superior client, employee, and management.
Hiring Specifications
Must successfully complete Pre‑Employment Screening. \ Two years of pre‑owned auto sales experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional appearance.
Knowledgeable or trainable on retail facility operations, products and services.
Excellent customer contact skills and customer service orientation.
Provide documentation confirming requested information on employment application.
Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems, (DealerTrack and VIN Solutions computer system preferred, as well as proficiency in the use of Excel and Word programs).
Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work with numbers.
