Re-Bath is a nationally recognized leader in bathroom remodeling, and our Long Island team is growing. We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Design Consultant who can confidently guide homeowners through a premium renovation experience, and close.
This is a full-time, in-home consultative sales role serving homeowners across Nassau and Suffolk counties. If you thrive in a competitive, high-income environment and want qualified leads, strong systems, and real earning power, this is for you.
What You’ll Do Meet with pre-qualified Long Island homeowners for in-home design consultations Understand client priorities, timelines, and budgets Design customized bathroom solutions using Re-Bath’s proprietary products Present pricing clearly and professionally Close deals on the first visit and submit clean, production-ready jobs Manage your schedule efficiently across a defined territory

Who You Are 3 years of B2C, in-home, or consultative sales experience A proven one-call closer with documented results Comfortable presenting premium solutions to discerning homeowners Tech-savvy (iPad/iOS, CRM systems) Competitive, disciplined, and self-directed Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Clean driving record and ability to pass background check Home improvement, remodeling, or design experience is a plus—but sales performance matters most. This role is best suited for experienced in-home sales professionals who have consistently earned $100,000 in commission-based roles.
Compensation and Benefits $120,000 to $300,000 per year, commission-based and uncapped.
