The Car Rental & Sales Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchasing and rental needs, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction for our Appleton East car sales and rental lot.
Primary hours for this position are between 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and include a rotating Saturday 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m shift.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by providing product information, demonstrating features, and conducting test drives. Guide customers through the car sales and car rental processes.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Complete administrative tasks such as preparing sales contracts, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and processing paperwork.
Compensation & Benefits
Total Earning Potential:
$45,000-$60,000+ per year. This will include an hourly base rate plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades on rentals and car sales

Requirements
Previous sales experience (in any area) is helpful but not required
Ability to use proven sales techniques while consistently providing an exceptional customer experience in a face-paced environment
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Wisconsin car sales license (or willingness to get car sales license)
Must be physically able to move in and out of vehicles and moving trucks
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, including 16’–26’ moving trucks
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have valid drivers license with good driving record
