Role Description We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chandler, AZ. The Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising daily sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves mentoring and training the sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to drive dealership success.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship building
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the automotive industry, preferably luxury vehicle sales, and familiarity with Porsche vehicles
Proficiency in sales performance forecasting, data analysis, and using CRM tools
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team to achieve and surpass goals
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary
2-3 Years of luxury automotive experience.
