Our portfolio of solutions includes the iMIS Engagement Management System, TopClass LMS, OpenWater application and review software, and the Clowder mobile app. About our position We’re looking for a driven Client Account Manager who will be instrumental in driving revenue generation from both directly assigned clients and those shared with our business partners. This role involves managing sales quotas while overseeing a pipeline of potential opportunities. By promoting ASH’s products and services, a commitment to excellence in customer service, and proactive exploration of additional sales leads, you will enhance client loyalty and drive company growth. What you’ll be doing Representing ASH's products and services with industry expertise and comprehensive knowledge, effectively addressing client needs and promoting solutions. Cultivating strong business relationships with client executives, understanding their goals and identifying opportunities to align ASI and ASH offerings with their objectives. Maintaining regular contact with assigned clients primarily via phone, with in-person meetings as necessary, particularly for larger clients. Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by implementing effective sales strategies and tactics. Delivering established targets for new client revenues and gross margins, adhering to Client Sales guidelines. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with ASH divisions globally. Providing support to other ASI CPIL staff, especially during periods of personal or annual leave. Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned. What we want you to have Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, preferably with a track record of exceeding quotas. Thorough knowledge of ASI software products and services, including understanding their business benefits. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems. Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of persuasion and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve excellent client sales results. Proactive, organized, and driven to deliver personal and team business results. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Compensation The compensation for this position is determined based on a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to an individual’s skill set, experience, training, certifications, education, as well as business needs and internal equity. Employees are typically not hired at the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, plus variable compensation.
