Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Romeoville, IL. The Account Executive will be responsible for growing the company’s client base and establishing strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, conducting client meetings, presenting service solutions, and overseeing the management of accounts to meet customer needs. This role requires active collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales processes, client relationship management, and customer service
Understanding of marketing strategies and ability to identify new business opportunities
Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple accounts effectively
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address client concerns
Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales/marketing software
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in the restoration industry selling B2B required
